Neighbor Threatens Topless Sunbathers

I caught this article about a pair of roommates in Vancouver that have a neighbor that isn't happy with their topless sunbathing:

First an anonymous note demanding they put some clothes on. Then a second envelope that contained a poster featuring blurry photos of the topless women. The sender claimed their child had already posted videos of the women on social media, and threatened to publish their address and invite the public to come and see the women for themselves.

The neighbor is clearly a jackass, although the article spends less space addressing the attempted blackmail than the legality of public nudity in British Columbia. Of course, these women were not in public.

By the way, one of the women, Deuphine Apedaile, is a photographer that has an Instagram page that is worth a follow.
