Making being a Nudist in public Legal

Would you be willing to help to make it happen.

One thing I say I have wanted to see in my lifetime is Public Nudity Laws challenged and removed. I am talking about allowing those that hold the belief that, as a nudist, they have the same rights as everyone else. After sitting in the shadows for most of my life, I am going to do my part in making it so a person being a nudist is given the same liberty and right as anyone else. Obviously it's is not something one person can do for all nudist, but something all nudist can do for each other.

So i have been keeping up with as many public nudity cases over the past 35yrs. I recently started researching the Supreme Court cases from LGBT (Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender) organization and FTN (Free The Nipple) campaign to see what cases were lost or won. First case from LGBT was One, Inc. v. Olesen (1958) but was lost, yet the beginning of awareness. First case FTN was Free the Nipple v. City of Fort Collins (2015) and was won in Sept 2019 that effectively gave women of all ages the right to go topless wherever men can in the jurisdiction of the 10th Circuit (Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Kansas and Oklahoma states as well as all counties and cities therein). Both organization have grown and had demonstration, events, & won cases for their cause since those times.

I see that if the nudist population want to see changes in how they are allowed to live, WE will have to start working together on making it happen. The time for thinking, saying, or accepting it can't happen is going to have to be history before we can make a better place to live for ourselves or future generations.

Alright out of respect i would like to apologize in advance to any that may take offence to me using a few words from the bible. Not preaching to you, just sharing From the first book Genisis Chapter 1 : 26-31 & Chapter 2 ;
Chapter 1
26Then God said, Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals,[a]and over all the creatures that move along the ground.
27So God created mankind in his own image,
in the image of God he created them;
male and female he created them.
28God blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.
29Then God said, I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.30And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds in the sky and all the creatures that move along the groundeverything that has the breath of life in itI give every green plant for food. And it was so.
31God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morningthe sixth day.
Chapter 2
25 And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.

Thank you if you read this far. I was raised from a southern baptist father to a northern conservative christian grandparents. I have read Genisis in any religion i could find in english & the first 2 chapter are the same. I have based my adult life on Genisis 1: 31 because of what it says, so it is my religious belief that God created mankind naked and unashamed as he intended us to be.

By understanding where we as nudist stand in public societies eyes, per The Constitution of The United States Bill of Right Amendments, others that hold this belief have the right to exercise our belief.

- Freedom of Religion, Speech, and the Press

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Please do comment thoughts and opinions on this matter to better know how many may have a similar interest in being allowed in public.

If enough interested in pursuing adjustments to the laws regarding nudist I will get a group going
