Too true!!! I have some DIY projects and the internet to keep me going while staying indoors. Hopefully the summer will allow me to enjoy my garden and countryside walks are allowed (as long as I stay away from everyone else). And I do have a few beers in. My son lives with me which will limit the nude time. He is a key worker but is also in a vulnerable group (having COPD). He will go spare if laid off but (if so) it will be for his own protection. One thing is for sure - my plans for 2020 are scrapped or on hold.
We are setting up a help scheme in our village for those who are self-isolating.
It's so complicated and uncertain. All we can do is follow our governments' guidance and see how things go.
Well. the medical system has the cure but refuses to implement it. Well, lets say they had the cure but threw it away long time ago. Hardly anyone knows about it anymore because they made it illegal for Doctors to use. (it would have made the medical system and drug companies go broke by curing every single bug caused disease dirt cheap and easy) Best thing we can do is boost our own immune system and learn how to treat ourselves, because it seems our own immune system makes or breaks us on this one. Those with strong immune system it hardly affects. The way we eat and live directly affects it. No refined sugar, no refined foods, as much raw food as possible, since raw fruits and veggies help elevate our immune responses. Stay rested, get plenty of sunshine and fresh air, naturism outside is excellent. if we get ill, certain herbs will both raise our immune system and kill viruses. (the Doc's are not allowed to use herbs or even mention them, but they work great) Just something as simple as pine needle tea gives a real big boost to the immune system. Hot and cold water treatments do as well. Build a sauna if you don't already have one with a cold shower next to it, or just a garden hose to spray off with when ya get good an hot. Just a hot an cold shower helps a lot, hot as possible for a short time then all the way cold briefly. My great grandmother treated flu patients during the 1918 epidemic and didn't loose one, using hot an cold fomentations to the chest. It's a simple treatment using bath towels dipped in boiling water and wrung out, folded into sections of wool blankets and laid on the chest. (extra dry towel or two underneath to limit the heat to where it doesn't burn.) 3 minutes or so of hot and then have a bowl of ice water handy to wipe down with between heats. It draws the blood into the chest and then drives it back and really does amazing things. I've used it to get us out of pneumonia. Something you can do for someone who's too sick to get up. repeat it 2-3 times a day if needed.
