Workout suggestions
With the Coronavirus spreading and impacting our daily lives especially now with gym closures, what are you all doing to stay fit at home if you do not have much in equipment to workout with?
No wrong answers here. The goal of this post is to offer support and suggestions in a friendly manner.
Nude suggestions do get top priority though. LOL.
I'm fortunate to have a collection of barbells and dumbbells in my basement. I try to use them at least twice a week and always naked (unless it's too cold). When I'm away and needing to workout, I generally do squats, situps and pushups. There is a variety of methods on pushups that can give your arms a pretty good workout. You do all of these naked.
Hi all! Well I try my best to be on a routine, Because if I don't I just get very lazy! So set a time to work out especially with all the distractions around the house it will help to focus!
I use be a Ballet dancer so I do an hour of ballet class in the kitchen follow some stretching and is working so far but I need more cardio!
