Unplanned exposure that could have gone bad but..

I am in Tunisia a moderate Muslim country but still very modest when it comes to total nudity even in all male settings. Yesterday my guide and I spent 2.5 hrs getting hammam and massage. All while wearing swimsuits and even had to do the towel dance to change
This morning just before 6am and still dark I was laying awake listening to the first call to prayer. I decided to step out onto my private second floor balcony just to look around. I meant to all but close the door to keep the morning chill from the room but it slid shut and latched. So there I was. Nothing no shoes , glasses, or phone. Just me and my bare ass. Still dark but dawn coming I nearly panicked trying to figure out how to get back in.
I knew there was a college age couple in the other room but wondered if pounding on my door would awaken them. Then I discovered that if I climbed a meter high concrete wall I could get access to their balcony. So I pounded on their door and said who I was. He started to raise the mechanical shades and I told him to go unlock my door. He was just opening it as I got back to my door so I stepped into my still dark room. His only comment was " it's so cold". And chuckled at my lack of clothes. He went back to bed. I think I am awake for the day
