Secret Service

Just completed this book, Secret Service by Tom Bradby. The dust jacket poses the question, "What if you knew your next national leader really was a Russian spy?" That's the dilemma that faces Kate Henderson and her team of MI-6 counterintelligence agents. They have limited time to vet the leading candidates to replace the Prime Minister, who announces unexpectedly, that he is resigning due to prostate cancer.

They face the possibilities that the information Kate received from an old friend in Russia could have been another Russian campaign of misinformation or the truth. Maybe not on the level of John le Carre', but an entertaining page turner nevertheless.
