times have changed.

All spa areas used to be nude and no one was creeped out by it. nudity did not have a sexual connotation. You did not have to travel to find a clothing optional spa, a local YMCA or other gym would have a sauna or steam room and maybe a whirlpool that was clothing optional and it was great. I don't like sweating in front of women, I think it is like showering, single sex only. Plus not wearing clothes is more comfortable without all of the heat. Elastic shorts can get itchy when up against the skin at high temperature.
