I have canuded in the Everglades Natl Park. I think kayaking would be possible.

Hope to this summer get back down and go to the backcountry! Always wondered what people were doing there ? Any hints?

I did a backcountry permit at Playalinda and it was just more beach and a longer walk. Sometimes I go to the beach to de-stress and the bit more privacy, peace and quiet would be worth it. Plus it doesn't take much imagination to figure out what other people might be doing with that additional privacy. ;-)
