RE:Pageants and feminism

I was in Cap d'Agde 5-6 years ago and there was a nudist pageants organized. One of the organizer was one of the more active girls one the old pageant movies made in Cap d'Agde. So it still happens, but perhaps more private now.

It would be nice to have more information on those pageants that are still taking place, even if they are more private.

I like nude pageants too.
These pageants are fun and a change from everyday life in the resort or club.
And if the participants find their bodies beauty and like to show off, they will also have fun with it.
And the jury and audience should not concentrate to the special beauty-ones they should also have a good comment for all the others who are not the winners. This strengthens their self-confidence, promotes cohesion in the resort or club and can also encourage the younger-ones to show themselves nude on stage too and not base their own bodies on exaggerated ideals of beauty.

I so much agree with you, Milaja. It is fun and confidence building to participate in a pageant, and participating is more important than winning. The outcome should be: "All have won, and all should have prizes"like in Alice in Wonderland.
