Korean Spas in LA

There are several Korean spas in LA but the Yelp reviews are all over the place. Can anyone recommend a good one based on recent experience?

Thanks for letting me know. Those seem to be popular choices.

I have gone to WI spa many times and have been very happy with their clean atmosphere attentive personal and the attention to detail.

I have also been to the Fullerton Imperial Spa, which was the first one I went to about 20 years ago, and is equally as nice, but it is much further than the WI Spa.

Another one that is nice is the Descanso Garden Spa in Tajunga, which has a nice clean atmosphere, but is smaller. I have been there a few times, but mostly go to WI spa, as a rule because it is central to all friends who go there.

There are many I have been to, but won't rate them because their cleanliness standards are questionable, staff attitudes are a problem, or I witnessed rampant sexual activity going on.

Plus, there are many I have yet to go to, which I will try someday if they get good recommendations!

I have been to I-Spa, and liked it, but it is too far away to go to unless I am working in the area with a lot of time to kill!

I like both iSpa in Irvine and Imperial in Fullerton. You'll probably see some guy on guy stuff happening, but you can ignore it or move to another spot for a while. They're both clean and relaxing places. iSpa is a little nicer than Imperial. Nicer amenities than Imperial. Also $5 cheaper admission. $30 iSpa. $35 Imperial.

The Century Spa and Wi Spa in Koreatown in L.A. are both awesome.

If you're looking for the traditional K-Spa experience Century may not be a good first choice. It is large, usually pretty busy and can be highly sexualized. If you just want to be naked around a lot of guys, Century is your place. They do (did) have a cool outdoor balcony that was always fun to be out on naked. There's nothing quite like being naked outside in the middle of one of the biggest cities in the US ;)
