I agree with Di that it would be hard for most men to handle, at first. Just like seeing a woman's arms and legs in the early 20th century in the US when modesty meant you weer covered form head to toe in order to not tempt men who couldn't control their sexual urges.

It took some years before women began to wear dresses above the ankle and even more for short short sleeves and plunging neck lines. Men, for the most part, have been able to control their urges and not "Mount" a woman at the site of exposed skin. With today;s fashion with shorts that expose but cheeks and just barley cover the labia, I think that men will soon see women's bare breast as what they are and not a sex object.
