Comfortable I'm my own skin

One thing that bothers me is the way people look or talk to big or bigger people. I am a plus size woman. Have been for a while. Mine is due to medical reasons. Hell I'll say it it has to do with my hormones. I am one of the fittest women you will meet. And even doctors are shocked on how healthy and fit I am.

Okay, so one thing I love is being naked when I can be. I was asked by a friend if I was ever embarrassed to be naked around people. I said no why should I be. Then I was asked aren't you worried bout what they would say.
I said. 'Here is thing. I love who I am and could care less what people have to say. Also i haven't run into anyone who are true nudists who talk smack. And if someone does they aren't secure in their own skin.'

I'm sure you are very beautiful and I would love you as you are. Big or small.

What a great outlook! I'm chubby, I know it, and I get naked because I want to be -- not to show off for anybody else. I look very much the same either way; the only difference is that there aren't clothes in the way.

That was a wonderful reply you gave. We believe those who ask if another person has issues with their body it's mainly due to the low self body esteem they themselves possess. One awesome aspect of the nudist lifestyle is that anyone, especially women can overcome their low self body esteem simply by visiting a nudist resort where everyone regardless of their shape or size are welcomed and encouraged to enjoy being naked in the company of other nudists.
