We have done mostly IPAs and pale ales. I did a New England IPA and a Kolsch in August. They were my first kegging and natural carbonation brews. We are very happy with the result. Still trying to figure out a way to keep lagers cool enough in fermentation. I like the mobile system you have there. I would guess that makes clean up a whole lot easier.

Last year we made 98 gallons. I was able to share more than I could drink, so my liver is still alive. I have been traveling with work a lot lately, so brewing days fell off. I have made four 5 gallon batches so far, a New England IPA, a Kolsch, a west coast IPA and a clone of Kona Big Wave.
