Has anyone been at this resort recently? I'm planning a visit in early August and it will be my first time there. Have read mixed reviews - some say it is awesome, some say it has gone downhill. Please PM me or post here if you've been there this year, or late last year. Thanks

I stayed the night there a few months ago. (I was down for the Lake Como 5k) It was Ok but nothing to write home about. (It only vaguely looked like what they have on their website.) People there kind of kept to themselves. My room was alright but kind of old. I was surprised that it didn't have a mini fridge. I only stayed for the night and left first thing in the morning though.
Next year I'll make sure to book early at Lake Como. Everyone there was super friendly and the facilities were very clean. I can't speak to the rooms yet.
