What do you carry?
I hike around a local park where the paths go through open fields to woods and find myself in full sun to damp shade. So my question to all is what do you caring in your pack? I try to sun screen up before I start and apply bug spray as I encounter mosquitoes. Has anyone found a good product that combines the two? A descent sun screen and something that works for bugs and ticks because we have a lot exposed while we stroll.
I carry a small backpack (old hydration pack without the water bladder) for all day hiking. I always carry some sun screen, bug repellent, a bottle of water, toilet paper (one never knows when nature will call unfortunately) and usually a protein bar or two. This leaves room for my shirt that I will pack away. When nude hiking (in public areas) I always carry my shorts in case I need to quickly cover up.
Haven't seen but repellent and sunscreen in the same container. What I do carry is a large towel for laying out or drying, 3 bottles (16.9 oz) water, frisbee, sunscreen, and snacks. Ham radio, phone, wallet, and some first aid. That leaves room for a shirt and shorts.
Shorts are carried in the pack as I had an incident where the shorts fell off the straps and I did not know. Luckily I found ones just like mine on the trip back.
Bullfrog is bug repellent with sunscreen. I have a couple of places I can get away with just carrying a water bottle if I am going for a couple of hours, if I am going shorter, just naked me in my Five Finger shoes and sunglasses. Next step down is also carrying shorts if I am in an area where I might run into textiles. Beyond that it depends on where and how far. I feel silly carrying a large pack naked, but some long hikes into the wilderness require it. Food, water, first aid kit, various clothes, etc.... In those places running into people is very unlikely; it is more likely to run into bear, elk, and other large critters. That is, you need to be prepared even if naked. If I find a good spot, I'll often drop the pack, shoes, hat and sunglasses and wander around a bit absolutely naked and may be jump is a creek.

Sounds like you don't take a shirt.
Surprising how many men on this board talk as if they usually wear a shirt any time they are wearing shorts.
I remain shirtless unless I am in a place that requires shirts whenever the weather is warm enough.

Thanks for the advice, I going to give Bullfrog a try. Hopefully it does the trick and I can carry one less thing on my wandering
I carry a light weight camo shoulder bag containing water, ground cloth, compass , lighter, first aid , and snack. I usually leave my shirt in car and when I get on trail get nude hanging my tan shorts over the shoulder bag. just my thinking on the tan shorts if someone see me from a distance and I see them in time I can slip on my shorts and they may do a double take on weather I was nude or not.
