Massaging the pubis
Ive been massaging the pubic muscles to the right and left of my penis shaft and amazed to realize that they connect to the scrotum. Now I'm hanging a bit lower as a result, but it takes time to work all that out. Does anyone know anything about this? I'm winging it and enjoying the process.
I think I've been doing that all my years without really thinking about it. One thing about being nude all the time is it is much easier to give a tug here and there whenever the mood strikes. I'm not talking about masturbation but simply the re-positioning and occasional scratching of your junk as you go through your daily activities.

Yes, I think those who've responded have the right idea. There is often a pubic "dimple" right above the penis shaft, but as I've massaged the muscles on both sides of it, the tension in the muscles (like any benefiting from regular massage) has diminished, and along with it the so-called dimple. I've also been doing deep inner thigh stretches that extend to my scrotum and it's all as invigorating as any exercise. Overall, a lot of tension can surround the penis. Given American puritanism, I've never seen any thing addressing what can amount to a "men's ring of iron" that is best conditioned with strengthening and stretching like any region for improved health and vitality.
Yes! massage it; tension is held in places other then just muscles. BTW, the more important spot is the perineum muscle, the flat muscle behind the boys and front of anus. this muscle is the squeeze muscle. in most men this muscle is hypertonic (means: always on, and cant turn off). Blood flow, prostate function, urine flow, and BM issues can all be attributed to issues surrounding this muscle. BE GENTLE, many many nerve endings here. FYI In Europe it is common practise for RMT's to massage this muscle. in Canada, RMT's are not allowed to even go there, my guess is that the USA might have similar rules.
Thanks for your professional input as a personal trainer. Its good to know the pubis is a ligament and not a muscle. Ive also been doing kegel exercises and will explore more perineum muscle massages. In IL, like other US states, not only is the perineum off limits, but massage therapists can lose their license for exposing genitals from under draping, which is a good reason not to use them unless they know and trust you. My increased penis therapy/attention have improved my control so I dont deal with premature ejaculation like in the past. I personally think its all about keeping things flexible, strong and unrestricted.
