Nude Hiking in Alaska

Finally, some nice weather recently made for a couple of days of nude hiking in Alaska. I went out last Friday to a spot in the Chugach mountains, the same spot where I tried a week or so ago and it was too cold. Friday was a very nice day with lots of sunshine, a little breezy but the trees made for a nice wind break and I hiked nude for a couple of hours. Today I went to a place in the Alaska Range that I haven't been to for years. It was nice to get back out there and brought back some nice memories of an old friend who has been gone for a long time. This in a river valley on the South Fork of the Kuskokwim River. The Iditarod trail runs through it. Very scenic and very wild. There is really no problem hiking nude there, your more likely to run into a bear than another person. Another very nice day, it was difficult to leave

Sounds and looks nice. Bugs not a problem yet?

Not too buggy in this area, no bug dope needed. This is a valley in the mountains so it's pretty dry there. Down in the low flat country it's basically all wetlands, that's where the bugs will just eat you alive.
