Trip to Martha's Vineyard - July & August 2019
Pilgrim has scheduled 2 dates for their annual summer trip to Martha's Vineyard Island (Massachusetts) to the C/O beach there. Details at this link.

Steve has semi-retired as the trip facilitator and Tom is taking over. You can contact Pilgrim or Tom by e-mail as found on that page.
Both dates are Saturdays (July 20 & Aug 17).
The trip is geared toward regulars who have been with us, but also accommodates new people. The trip is a "how-to" to get there on your own.
Please read carefully and bring everything you will need for the day since there are no services at the remote beach and you will be there several hours. The trip coordinator meets you at teh ferry dock on the island side and you will contribute to a shared ride (van or taxi) to a special drop off place we have to access the beach. The ride returns in the afternoon. Day-tripping is possible and some stay overnight.
Cost (overall) is about the same as a day trip to a local AANR facility.
Reservations are not taken but we do need a commitment from you about attending so we can hire enough on-island transports to the beach. It is customary to reserve for yourself and any people attending with you and sharing a contact number in case of last minute changes. Tom will share his number in return.
If you contact Pilgrim, please note the mail server has a challenge system in place against junk mail. You will need to reply to the challenge message for your message to get through. It's a sign of the times unfortunately.
