Spa Visit

Howdy.
I went and checked it out.
My own opinion - I gave it a 8 out of 10. Restaurant is not open yet. Body scrubs are not yet available.
Bring cash for valet. I didn't see self parking.
Once you pay the spa fee, you will be given a key, shorts and shirt. The key opens two lockers. The shorts and shirt are to be used in public areas.
Take off your shoes immediately after you pay and walk around the receptionist and store your shoes. The floor is heated. Nice touch.
Do not bring valuables. Leave them at home or in the locker with your shoes.
After you store your shoes, proceed to the mens (or if your a lady, women's) sauna.
Mens sauna is clothesfree. You will place your clothing (belongings) in second locker (same # as locker #1)
There is a cold tub, 2 large hot tubs, dry and wet sauna. One of the hot tubs is extremely hot. The other is just right. Temperatures is displayed on all 3 tubs.
There are plenty of showers and mini-showers (you sit on a small chair looking thing).
Its a nice place to relax. Don't ruin it by leaving your phone ringer on, playing music or talking to your friends. Don't be that bone head.

Crowd - It was quiet. A dad and his two sons and 3 other guys. Had the whole place to ourselves. Enjoyed the peace and quiet.

The Men Only locker room and wet area are nude...this includes the spa, sauna, cold dips, hot tubs and showers.

Visited GNam today. There were more than the usual crowd today in the Mens Lounge.
The body scrub guy was busy with clients. Body scrubs are always a treat! I recommend them.

Where are these spas located. I've been to Kings in Houston and in Dallas before. Enjoyed visiting both places.
