How do I get the guts to actually go to a nudie beach?
Almost all of us have been where you are now. Society has convinced you that there is something wrong with public nudity, although it is never clear exactly what that is. You must first give some thought to why you are reluctant to expose yourself, because only your irrational fear and misconceptions prevent you from exploring this wonderful lifestyle. Undoubtedly you fear some sort of unpleasantness, but you probably cant say what that might be. You probably also expect to be ashamed or embarrassed, but there is no reason for you to feel shame or embarrassment. If you go to a nude beach or club, you will probably be surprised to learn that no one will pay much, if any, attention to you when you strip off your clothes. Youll be just another nude person. If someone happens to look at you, youll notice that it is absolutely painless. You should also discover that other nude people are pretty friendly as a rule, and if you dont make a fool of yourself, youll fit right in. Try it; youll like it.

When I know about nudism, it was winter.
So Ihas an opportunity no "prepare" myself.
I read many articles about nudism.
I start to sleep nude and be nude as long as possible.
I have registered on some nudist sites.
I have shown myself nude on these sites. Maybe it helped.
I have undressed on nature, when no one was around. (This moment is on my avatar.)
So when I came to nudist beach, I was prepared, and I just undressed.
Social nudity and an important step for us nudists, there will always be the curiosity to be naked in public, outdoors and with other people. When I went to a nudist beach the first time I went to a wild beach where only I was there, I took the opportunity to lose my shame and stayed there naked all day. The next day I came back and there were other naked people there, I was a little embarrassed to take my clothes off but I took courage and I was naked there with the other people, what impressed me is that nobody noticed me, I was just another naked guy . If there is an appropriate place for nudism near you, go and don't be ashamed, take off your clothes and enjoy all the wonders of nudism.
