Negative Cooking

I am absolutely blown away at the people who find negativity in cooking. How they think bacon will burn you. If you are getting splattered by bacon grease you are obviously doing something wrong and would be burned even if you were dressed. I have over 150 connections on TN and nobody ever wants to get together for a good tasting or fun cook off type of party. Wondering if others have the same issue or if it's just Wisconsin residents.

I would be glad to share favorite recipes and dishes so feel free to send me a message!

I love making anything and enjoy making a strawberry with zabaglione. It is a simple and fast dessert.

If I could find people to do a cooking party I think makin soups stews and casseroles would be fantastic

i have to disagree on one point you made, you said if youre getting splattered from bacon grease your doing something wrong, not 100% true ...one can still get splattered while cooking bacon on a low temp. specially if putting other slices of bacon in the hot oil from the earlier slices. but yes even a dressed person can get splattered on and burnt

RE:Negative Cooking

In my experience the bacon splatter problem is confined to bacon which has had water injected during the industrial packing process.
If you buy artisan cured bacon from a local butcher and farm the problem does not arise.
