Sounds very similar to an file I watched earlier this year about two estranged sisters who inherit their dad's naturist resorts. One started off accepting then went off the idea, while the other was dead against and ended up running the place. Can't remember the name.

Was really an excuse to advertise various naturist resorts of the time in the context of a movie
