Heroic failures

I have 9 piercings but have been pierced 18 times. What happened to the other 9 ? Here is a list of the heroic failures:
Fraenum - migrated out, tearing my fraenum. A second one was tried further in but it was painful. I ended up cutting the remains of my fraenum out.
Pubic: my first attempt was too shallow and started migrating out after 6 months. It was abandoned, to be replaced by a deeper piercing 2 months later. (it remains)
Penis - through the shaft (not recommended nor popular): Removed after 6 weeks due to severe pain when erect. I discovered I dream a lot and get erect after each dream - discovered because the pain woke me several times each night.
Inside my foreskin ( a variation on Fraenum): it just didn't work.
Belly button: I couldn't get it deep enough. It started to migrate out then got snagged and ripped out accidentally all in 4 weeks.
Left Testicle: This was just to see if I could. It was possible but the testicle ached relentlessly so it soon came out.
Foreskin: was too shallow and only lasted a week. It didn't allow for expansion when erect. Later replaced with a Lorum (which remains).
and Transcrotal (done with a needle - not recommended): This piercing is known for a long healing time (if ever) and a high risk of infection. It needed a long barbell to accommodate the contraction/bulking of the scrotum when cold. That barbell hung out when I was warm (scrotum relaxed) catching on other piercings. It became inflamed and had to be removed after 3 weeks.

The holes have all healed up since the inserts were removed.

For completeness the 9 piercings that remain are: 4 through my nipples; PA; lower scrotum; Pubic; Lorum and Guiche.
