I was cabin crew for 15 years and always slept nude. Later in my career I was a hotel manager and understand what items in the room did and didn't get cleaned. Sheets were always changed, I'd be more concerned with things like mugs glasses and remotes.

What is "cabin crew"?
I sleep naked wherever I am so a hotel is no different."Would you be OK sleeping naked in a filthy hotel? Believe, you would be surprised some times with the poor hygiene of some places. In that case better to have some clothes on.

I would be moving out! Bed bugs are horrible!
Once in Berlin, the fire alarm went off, so commando in jeans and tshirt. It was bloody cold outside in the street!

WHY would you be knowingly stay in a filthy hotel?????
Always sleep nude, regardless of that being a hotel or even a guest at friends. Only caught out once when a fire alarm went off and I had to scramble for something to put on. So commando in jeans it was
I have had the same experience. Tossed on jeans and shoes and grabbed essentials (wallet, keys, briefcase) but didn't wear anything else.
When I/we need overnight accommodations, we stay in $80-$120/night hotels and have rarely encountered lack of room cleanliness. I get naked (with flip flops, of course) when finally in for the evening. I'll wear swim trunks to the pool, but have been known to remove them if the company--or lack thereof--enables such! Many nights swimming sans clothes in outdoor pools in TX!
