Probably the most daring I have done is I have a white pair of nylon shorts which I have worn out. Last year I purchased some very small speedo style swimming trucks in white so they go very see through when wet. They raised a few eyebrows on the cruise

I don't have any kilts but I do have a couple of lightweight cotton wraps which I wear shamelessly in beach cafes.
