I had a PSA done during one of these cycles, and it came back elevated (4.2), up from 2.0.
I can say for sure it makes a huge difference in some men. I was doing mowing on a bumpy riding mower and had sex the day before a PSA, it came in high. I got worried, went to urologist PA since he was booked and he did s DRE prior to another PSA test and higher again, they wanted a biopsy. I went to a NP of my Urologist and she was great! If you want a clean test rest for 48 hours prior. No sex.
. . . well guys, I am 73 and enjoy a full sexual life even if it is with myself. My recent PSA test came back at 1.0. I have been on 5mg Cialis now for over 5 years. My Dr back in New Zealand put me on this to control my BPH, which was not high, but needed to be controlled. I do not ejaculate very much these days, however if I edge for an hour or so, it sure is a lot more. I also have found that using a prostrate massager really does increase the amount. I also have quite a high flow of 'pre'.
Lets all stay as healthy as we can, life is still too much fun and even more so without any clothes to get in the way.

Due to orgasm causing increased blood flow to the ski n. It helps you to get to know your own body better eg what your penis likes and what it doesnt: different techniques are helpful: change positions, eg standing up, etc. the key is to always change your positio ; explore your who,e body not just your penis: other erigenous zones: nipples, sacrum, tops of thighs, and edging, which you already use. Lastly, itimprives heart health: men who had sex once a month or less were 45% more likely to die of cardiovascular disease than men who had 2 or more weekly orgasms.
Keep masturbating or have sexual intercourse with ejaculation. I masturbate nightly and sometimes twice if I wake up early and have morn8ng wood.

I had Prostate surgery during the Summer of '18. Have been having follow-up PSA checks every six months (for the first two years, until Summer of '20). After that, if all is clear, only need to have it done once a year. Last blood draw was done on Feb. 22, just before the shit hit the fan with the Pandemic. Happy to report that results couldn't have been better;
