The word "uncut" suggests that "cut" is normal, though the majority of men in the world are not cut. So I use the word "intact" in reference to a penis that has not been surgically altered.
The intact man can show his glans if he chooses, or he can remain covered if he'd rather. The cut man has no choice with his glans always exposed. Also many cut men's scars are impossible to hide. Nothing attractive about a scar on a penis.

Personally I find circumcised penises look sad. Dried out with scars... I feel so bad for the owners of them.
