What is up with the weather this year???

This has just been a crazy year so far fishing! Think we got out one day in January, couple more in FEB. Looking like we will get out tomorrow for second time this month. Wind, nothing but wind, followed by more wind! When we do get out most trips are great with a couple just very good trips. No shortage of fish to eat but still an off year. Hoping someones having a great year!
