Nude in empty anchorage but not

So here I am at anchor, soaking up the rays . Anchorage is maybe 2 miles by 2 miles in the lee of an island. Power boat comes in , putters around about 1/2, mile away then comes over and anchors maybe 200 feet away. Can clearly see im nude. Then 2 bikini clad girls lay out on the fore deck. I thought they were going to join in and get an all over tan but they did not.
Just seemed strange that they would anchor so close but not join in.

I have found that to be more the rule than the exception. If I am anchored, and another boat anchors nearby, more often than not, they anchor RIGHT nearby. I have had some move after a few minutes when it was obvious I was naked and not covering up, but others seemed not bothered a bit.
