Paradise Sauna in Chicago

I have been there and if compared to King Spa, it costs the same (more if you get a coupon for King Spa) and is much smaller and more worn; but with that said, no one covers up and is perfectly acceptable to run around naked. Because it is smaller, you can interact with more guys and all areas (dry and wet) are male only. They have a small parking lot or only a couple of blocks walk from CTA train.
