Nude is Better!
Recently had the opportunity to participate in nude yoga classes. After the first class, it was obvious yoga was meant to be done nude. Cant figure a single reason why it would be better done clothed. No matter how expensive the specialized yoga clothing, it has to restrict movement and interfere with physical and muscular feedback necessary to get the most benefit from the poses.

Im so interested in a nude yoga class experience! I practice nude yoga at home almost on a daily routine! I love it! aloha!
Due to moving, last week was my last nude yoga class in Las Vegas. But, I practice nude yoga most mornings at home.
