To me it is just picking up courage to go out doors nude and enjoy the feeling of the sun and air on your naked body. Yes if your first time on a nudist beach try to fine a quieter time of day to do it ie before it gets too crowded in the morning of later in the evening when many people have left for the day.

That is a good idea . Check out areas or places that are nude . Maybe a bed & breakfast , resort . My wife was not sure at first but she was the only one with cloth on .
You have to believe in your self !!!! You can do it ! And when you learn that you born naked it's ok . Plus a plumber crack is the same as a bankers crack . ok enjoy the fun of learning some thing new .

The more you go naked outdoors, the easier it will become, and the more you will relax and enjoy it.

I started off in just my own back yard, then went to a quiet beach, and now regularly go to a local swim.

You soon realise that when with like minded people, being naked doesn't really matter

I've been nude in Spain many times. Whilst it isn't illegal to be naked anywhere in Spain (except Barcelona) it isn't always sensible. There are lots of nudist resorts and official nude beaches (and many more unofficial ones). I think a good start is to know where you can safely get naked. The Spanish nudist organisation - Federacion Espanola de Naturismo (FEN) is full of help. It's website https://naturismo.org gives details of masses of nudist beaches. Most are clothes-optional so you can go there and get naked in your own time. But I did visit one last week on which nudity is obligatory. Anyhow settle down and just enjoy the beach. When I first ventured into nudity I was embarrassed being clothed when surrounded by so many nudists. I felt much less conspicuous once I'd stripped. These days I'm often the first to get naked. Others then follow my lead. BTW in June you will find that many stay out of the mid-day sun. Some have a siester. The beaches are fuller in the late afternoon.

An alternative is to check into a nudist resort and just do what the others do. Remember to have something (a towel usually) to sit on.
