Confident?
I became confident being nude after I joined TN 3 years ago. I had had heart surgery and a year later, cancer surgery, I was embarrassed with the scars that they left. It took some courage to post my first nude photo, along with an apology for the scars. The response was overwhelming, and built my confidence so much, my profile is full of nude photos. I now believe they are not scars of surgery , but are badges of survival. That is how "my" confidence was built. How about you?

Nudism helped make my wife become more confident. She still had occasional body issue setbacks but it was never for very long and it only involved trips to the club or a resort. I'd give her a week and she'd be back to normal. The occasional setbacks are now few and very far between. If we can't make it to our club or a resort, it's because we have trouble getting away for the day or a couple of days.
Being naked socially has helped my wife who is an introvert and a very private person. She can be thought of as aloof or snobbish but she's actually not. Ya just got to get to know her before she'll open up socially.
