Simple but wonderful

While looking for a side dish last night, came across a recipe for baked macaroni and cheese. I had not eaten it before...just the simple "elbow mac with velveeta" type. Holy cow was it good!
Isn't it great how something so simple and popular in other parts of the country can taste so good when you discover it? Rest of the menu included lamb chops, steamed artichoke with artichoke heart/mushroom dip; battered and fried zucchini.
