American Hip hop supergroup 213 has released one studio album, two singles and many guest appearances. 213 debut album, The Hard Way, was released in 2004, and reached number four on the US Billboard 200 while charting in several other music markets. The album opened at the top spot of the US Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums selling 95,000 copies in its first week.

Area code 217 is the North American telephone area code for much of western and central Illinois. The 217 area code includes the Illinois capital Springfield, plus Champaign, Urbana, Decatur, Danville, Effingham, Quincy, and Rantoul. 217 was one of the original area codes, which were created in 1947.
Originally, 217 included most of Metro East, the Illinois side of the St. Louis area. However, a slight boundary shift in 1951 moved most of the southern portion of Metro East to 618, leaving the northern portion in 217. The only other significant change in 217's boundaries was in 1957, when its northern portion was combined with part of area code 815 to form area code 309.

Proposition 218 was an adopted initiative constitutional amendment in the state of California on the November 5, 1996 statewide election ballot. Proposition 218 revolutionized local and regional government finance in California. Called the Right to Vote on Taxes Act, Proposition 218 was sponsored by the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association as a constitutional follow-up to the landmark property tax revolt initiative constitutional amendment, Proposition 13, approved by California voters on June 6, 1978. Proposition 218 was drafted by constitutional attorneys Jonathan Coupal and Jack Cohen.

The .222 Remington, which is also known as the Triple Deuce/Triple Two/Treble Two is a centerfire rifle cartridge. Introduced in 1950, it was the first commercial rimless .22 (5.56 mm) cartridge made in the United States. As such, it was an entirely new design, without a parent case. The .222 Remington was a popular target cartridge from its introduction until the mid-1970s and still enjoys a reputation for inherent accuracy. It remains a popular vermin or "varmint" cartridge at short and medium ranges with preferred bullet weights of 40-55 grains and muzzle velocities from 3000-3500 fps.
