I prefer to meditate and then medicate it's easier to concentrate on my breathing that way Lol

Please know that I'm not disagreeing with you... we all have our points of view, for sure. I have however, Meditated while under the influence of Cannabis, it was however a guided session so that made it easier. Easier in the sense that all I had to do was focus on the voice giving breathing instructions.
