BTW I wanna tell you that I became a nudist just because I am not confident with my body. But being together with other nudist or naturists make me feel just the same as all the other. Among them I never felt judged.

Well from this website have gain some confidence for social nudism. Always been a home nudist but from this site have gain some confidence to be around others nude, even if online. We all have to start some where.

I have been a nudist since about age 12 or 13 and have not suffered through lack of body cofidence. Since starting as a nude model for life drawing classes I have gained more confidence being naked among dressed people, So now I want to strip as much as I can wherever I can. I stripped naked in front of a few men in a car park and no one seemed to mind, in fact it got their attention!

Nudism has helped me improve my conditioning to feel even more proud and confident of my body. I find its mostly an attitude of openness and integrity, regardless of environmental and textile circumstances. But shedding the clothes always feels great, a chance to be me, and it's all good.
