handyman Decorator DIY?

I am renovating a house in Hartlepool (County Durham) need to speed up the progress, I want things doing like emulsioning newly plastered walls and ceilings, stripping wallpaper, sanding skirtings and general decorating, plus grouting tiles and maybe some garden work.

I am doing most of the work nude myself and could do with some help if anyone is available, if not i will just plod along on my own :)

Anyone interested get in touch and give me some details of how much u charge etc
