Avalon is for sale!

Bob Smith, official spokesperson for the four major investors of Avalon Resort LLC, announced Saturday to a crowd of over 100 members the sale of Avalon. Avalon has been listed with Parks and Places Real Estate this week. You may view the listing at https://www.parksandplaces.com.The four major investors hope to transfer Avalon to a new owner with the resources to complete much needed repairs, major improvements and operating capital. Avalon will encourage prospective buyers to maintain the resort as clothing optional. Avalon will continue to operate under the existing management. All Membership Agreements and Campground Leases will be honored as legal binding agreements. The 2017 Schedule will remain the same. We are looking forward to a summer of fun.

Kind of concerning that maintaining the resort as clothing optional is being encouraged, not as a condition of sale.

Also could not find the listing on the aforementioned web site as of this writing.
