Naked Gardener not illigal
Last week I caught the end of something on the radio news while I was driving. A man was in court for being naked while gardening.

A couple of days later I heard that he'd been cleared of all charges.

That's great news to hear, but it doesn't mean I'm going to be going naked in our front garden any time soon. It may not be illegal, but it's certainly enough to get black-balled by the village. We've still got a very long way to go before I can do my front lawn naked.
(I wouldn't recommend using a strimmer (weed wacker) naked anyway. I ended up with a very nasty ankle infection)
It is very interesting case which one law which they might try to make a case over ' to cause harassment, alarm or distress' doesn't apply with 'article 10 rights are engaged because being naked is a form of expression' over rides this other law so is an important test case which has come out in favour of the nudist.
