The beach we go to is 1 hour 40 away and isn't a CO beach either, although it does seem common to see ladies topless. I have been caught naked there but everyone just pretended I wasn't.
That paragraph reminded me of the textile ladies I have encountered in clothes-optional locations who studiously pretend I'm not there while carefully checking out "the equipment."
