Getting your profile certified

Hi, I am having no luck uploading a certification picture via that portal - it keeps saying invalid file type even though , as you can see, I have successfully managed to upload many photos.
Can you help ?
I have sent two emails but have had no response as yet.
Many thanks,
Mrbee

Steve, thanks for the query. It was my fault as I was only trying to upload one nude photo and it does sepcifically ask for two. Once I uploaded two as stated it went through fine and I am now certified. Thanks for offering assistance.
Cheers,
Mrbee

How long did it take to get certified? I submitted the pictures a week ago and haven't heard anything. I noticed a few people have been getting certified each day so I figured maybe there was a backlog, but only 1 person was certified yesterday. I don't want to send an email to the webmaster if it normally takes this long, but I don't know if I am just in line, or whether it didn't work for some reason. When I uploaded the pictures it said that it was submitted, and I followed the instructions, but nothing so far?

Based on my experience and the experiences of others here I know of, I think you should shoot an email to TT1 (webmaster). I haven't known of it taking a week for anyone. I think it took two days for me so I'm guessing something went wrong in the process.

Thanks nuderunr. I resubmitted them again in case I screwed up last time and apparently I did because I was certified within a couple of hours this time.

RE: certified

Guess I'll just have to keep trying. I read the rules and even loaded a clothed and nude picture holding sign and still got denied. HELP.

Sometimes it's as simple as the file size. Are you sure the pics aren't too big? Or it could be that TT1 (Site Admin) has had his hands full since upgrading to the new server and it may take a little longer than normal. Give it a few more days and resubmit pics if need be. Hope that helps!

RE: certified

I'm also having problems uploading 'certified' photo's.
They're JPEG files and the first attempt prompted the 'Invalid File Type' notice. So I re-sized them to 35kb and got the same response.
Any ideas ?

RE: certified

Finally managed to upload 'certified' photo's. I had to send them as BMP's - it seems they don't accept jpegs.
