Good Day. I am serious about establishing a clothing optional hospitality business/commune in the South Texas Rio Grande Valley region.I would go as far as to say this is my life's calling. I'm not so interested in a commune, but if you end up with building lots for sale I'd take a look. We're looking forward to retirement, and would like to live in a place where we could be nude without hassles or worries.
