Changes
I really like it that my beard is almost fully white now, makes me feel more age appropriate as far as appearance goes. Hair on my chest the same, like a small snowstorm between my nips. Pubes have a way to go, still dark but with more and more gray hairs appearing each time I check :-)
Love the distinction between growing old and up! As long as I am able to participate in things I enjoy, not too worried about aging. There are things that slow me down at times; but I do my best to ignore them. Right now my dick hurts following prostate surgery 3 days ago (not cancer, BPH); but that is one of the things that will temporarily slow me down. I'm on a men's team that meets weekly. We do a 45 minute physical section and I do my best to keep up with some 30 somethings. It's often a challenge, but always fun.
I have gray hair in the middle of my chest and it grows in thicker than the other hair around it. I trim it down so it doesn't stand out so much. Head is maybe 60/40 gray/brown and I'm grateful for the hair I still have.
Hair is leaving my head, but still when I get a haircut these gray blobs surprise me when they land on the black apron. I swear fur is getting thicker everywhere else. Getting thick white blizzard on my chest. Then if we're talking changes, the Dick does not respond to my liking. Oh well, we are wiser and instead of worrying about my small dick and big lower belly in the locker room I enjoy the fraternity of my older friends in the steam room and hot tub. Merry Naked Christmas!
The latest manifestation of growing self confidence (thanks TN) has been the growing out of my goatee and regrow the of a full beard. I no longer feel alarmed or concerned about the grey/silver and feel ok about putting my preference ahead of what others think of my beard (grey or otherwise). Happy days
