RE: Sleep nude...here's why, scientifically.

We always sleep nude. I've been sleeping that way for over 36 years now since I was 13.... No better way, I sleep nude no matter where I am or who I'm with. Had several business trips with work colleagues and I told them, FYI I sleep in the nude, I did have 3 of them say "are you kidding?? so do I, I thought I was gonna be stuck wearing underwear to bed all week"

There are studies about whats called brown fat which is
known as good fat in benefiting energy expenditure and metabolic health. Sleeping in a cool room helps stimulate brown
fat cell production. No PJs means no
textile interference in good skinny fat production!

Looks like I'm in good company. I've sleep nude ever since puberty and I'm 64 now. Even in the Navy barracks years ago, I pulled my skivvies off under the covers in order to get to sleep. When I woke up I put them back on under the covers to get out of the rack. I just cannot sleep wearing anything. Before I die I will have to leave special instructions to leave me naked in the casket. :-)

I must be a fresh air fiend or something. Even during the Winter months when our bedroom cap be pretty chilly, I start out on top of the covers. Usually I'll pull a blanket over myself sometime before morning arrives.

Then best join the club as I feel it is the only way...

I love sleeping nude but must confess that it has nothing to do with health reasons. It just feels better!
