protein supplements
In addition to the fish, fowl and beef we consume to support development, I'm sure most of us also consume protein supplements.
There are 100's on the market, at various price points. But are they really all that different? If you get a good quality whey protein is that all ya really need? What are your experiences?

RE:protein supplements
Best to buy a protein supplement that has "isolate' in its name. These will process into the system much faster than just regular protein which can take an hour or more to process into the blood system. Casein is the other type that process very slow into the system, you can take that just before bed It allows the body to be feed slowly overnight so that you don't wake up with that 'hunger' feeling.
