RE: Just curious about CWP holders

with the threat of Islamist terrorism on the rise this brings up a good question. where are most shootings happening, gun free zones. in most parks you sign in, get in your car and drive into the park. who knows whats in the car. with the assaults on women and gays by these individuals i'm sure there is a real threat to us. what can we do, cant search all cars, designate a parking area and make people walk in nude, screening at the check in office? we all look out for each other and are pretty good at noticing the odd person but sometimes that can be too late. i'm former law enforcement so i can carry in gun free zones, management knows this. i dont carry it but its nearby and ready.

Thank God We dont live in the USANO ONE IS SAFEALL of us that live here in the US ... should really think about this. This is sad.
What would you all do ... what would all you gun toting Americans do ... if ALL those countries you'd like to go and visit said ... "American? NO ENTRY ... you carry guns. We don't feel safe with Americans here!"
Yeah, Yeah ... it's a stretch but think about it. Nudist people in other countries are afraid to come and visit because all of you gun happy people are now asking about and responding to "concealed weapons" IN A NUDIST RESORT! Bordering on fanatical ... don't you think?

I'm not one for censorship in any form, but maybe this is one topic that should be allowed to fade away

It is probably safer around nudists because the "Religion of Peace" outlaws nudity so most terrorists wont be there!

We do not carry or use weapons ( ie Guns ) In the UK or Portugal even though ISIS is on our door step ( in mileage and access ) But we feel safer here than we would on a trip to the USA Frankly I think you guys over there are VERY,VERY BRAVE , never knowing , *even going shopping* if you were going to make it home againThe really sad thing about this post is that it's genuine and not sarcasm (I think)

Just found a CNN report -American deaths in terrorism vs. gun violence. It says between 2001 and 2013 there were 3,380 deaths due to terrorism in US and overseas targeting Americans. During the same period there were 406,496 deaths due to firearms on US soil. Why do people seem to be worried about terrorism if it's only 1% of the killings?

Because the vast majority of the killings in the US are by minority criminals against other minorities. If those killings are removed from the statistics, the majority of the US is as safe, even safer, than Europe. For most people, it's easy to avoid the areas where most of the killings happen. That leaves terrorism and the occasional random nut as the most likely way for the average American to get violently killed, and as we've seen all over the world terrorists and random nuts specifically hunt out large gatherings of unarmed people so as to make the best splash in the evening news.

I was curious about CWP holders and when and where they carry. Not sure how you would do that on a resort or if you would even want to my thoughts as you wouldn't. But in the outside world. Thoughts?
The only weapon I want to bring to our nudist club is the one I take Cialis for!
Any accidental shooting will certainly not harm anyone.

Why not bring a fire arm? I'd rather have one and not need it than not have one and need it. What about nudist resorts that has camping? What if there are bears around for example? I know some Nudist spots in Anchorage, Alaska where some nudist friends hang out andfish naked. Grizzly bears are know to come get your salmon while you are fishing.
