Watching without cable TV

Does anybody know how to watch the TV coverage without Cable? Race Buddy was ok in combination with radio, but RB has changed and I don't know if I can trust the new video site. It looks like they are asking for a lot of personal information to join their new site. I'm thinking they want to sell it to advertisers. Can anyone give me some more details?
