She may not be a fake, but she is a spammer. Her name here is Vicky Baby, which is part of her email address. She's joined a lot of groups and posted the same message in a lot of them, some not even pertaining to the group topic.

Most of the fakes follow the same pattern. Join, then post in a lot of groups and the post has little or nothing to do with the context of the group.
