Room Service
I've never stayed in a high enough star hotel to be able to order room service. If you have been so fortunate, how to they respond when they see you are nude?
Do you let them know when you place the order?
My guess is that it happens so regularly, that they don't bat an eye at it.
I worked in hotels for years. It does happen, but mostly to the housekeeping staff when they come to your room in the morning for cleaning and they let themselves in while also announcing themselves, lol. Room service, for the most part, try to be professional as possible, you simply become a story to tell to their friends later, lol. Example, we had a guest one night who put his room service tray outside his door to be picked up, the right thing to do. Unfortunately, he stepped all the way out of the room instead of just sliding it out the door, so the do automatically closed and locked behind him. Of course he was nude and his room was near the center of the hallway. He made his way to the stairs at the end of the hallway and used a phone that was there to call down to the front desk. I went up to let him in. Unlocked the door, pulled the latch so it would not close and lock behind me, waved to him as he stuck his head out from the stairwell door, and headed back towards the elevators. As I rounded the corner I see him in full sprint up the hallway to his room. It was just as you would imagine it looked.. lol. That was the highlight of my weekend report.

I'm always looking for the 'upvote' button and can't find it. Here's my upvote. Thanks.
Of course, I only have my own conjectures on the matter, but I would guess that even non-nudists are likely to be nude in a hotel room -- where no one knows them.
I would guess that it happens often enough that advising of the situation, though appreciated, is probably not necessary.
